    1. No Returns Once Purchased

    • All sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered after purchase, except where required by UK consumer law (e.g., faulty or misdescribed goods).

    • You are welcome to visit our Canterbury store to see, test, and try products before buying.

    2. Warranty Coverage

    We provide a 5-year warranty on all phones, laptops, and tablets. This covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware faults under normal use.
    All accessories — such as cables, chargers, adaptors, and cases — come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

    Please note: Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer, including drops, screen cracks, outer body damage, liquid damage, or wear and tear on accessories.

    3. Warranty Claim Requirements

    • Customers must present a valid receipt to claim warranty service.

    • Warranty claims must be made in person at our Canterbury store.

    4. Repairs

    • Our No Fix, No Fee promise applies to all repair services — if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.

    • Repair warranties are separate and will be explained at the time of service.

    We’re here to keep your devices working for years — just keep your receipt safe, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • We currently serve customers only within Canterbury.

    1. Local Delivery

    • Local delivery is available within Canterbury city limits.

    • Delivery times are typically 1–2 working days from order confirmation.

    • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

    2. Store Pickup

    • You can choose to collect your order in person from our Canterbury store at no extra cost.

    • Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 working day — we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

    • Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting.

    3. Important Notes

    • We do not currently offer shipping outside Canterbury.
