RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MegaFone, we want you to buy with confidence. That’s why we offer clear, generous warranties and transparent policies.
1. No Returns Once Purchased

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered after purchase, except where required by UK consumer law (e.g., faulty or misdescribed goods).

You are welcome to visit our Canterbury store to see, test, and try products before buying.
2. Warranty Coverage
We provide a 5-year warranty on all phones, laptops, and tablets. This covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware faults under normal use.
All accessories — such as cables, chargers, adaptors, and cases — come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer, including drops, screen cracks, outer body damage, liquid damage, or wear and tear on accessories.
3. Warranty Claim Requirements

Customers must present a valid receipt to claim warranty service.

Warranty claims must be made in person at our Canterbury store.
4. Repairs

Our No Fix, No Fee promise applies to all repair services — if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.

Repair warranties are separate and will be explained at the time of service.
We’re here to keep your devices working for years — just keep your receipt safe, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We currently do not offer delivery. All orders must be collected from our Canterbury store.
