You are welcome to visit our Canterbury store to see, test, and try products before buying.

2. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 5-year warranty on all phones, laptops, and tablets. This covers manufacturing defects and internal hardware faults under normal use.
All accessories — such as cables, chargers, adaptors, and cases — come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Please note: Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer, including drops, screen cracks, outer body damage, liquid damage, or wear and tear on accessories.

3. Warranty Claim Requirements

Customers must present a valid receipt to claim warranty service.

Warranty claims must be made in person at our Canterbury store.

4. Repairs

Our No Fix, No Fee promise applies to all repair services — if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.

Repair warranties are separate and will be explained at the time of service.

We’re here to keep your devices working for years — just keep your receipt safe, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Local delivery is available within Canterbury city limits.

Delivery times are typically 1–2 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

2. Store Pickup

You can choose to collect your order in person from our Canterbury store at no extra cost.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1 working day — we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting.

We do not currently offer shipping outside Canterbury.
